We'll look to you to develop and maintain structured processes which analyse business risk profiles and decisions with reference to regulatory and risk policy requirements

You'll be conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis and preparing insightful advice for business consideration

What you'll do

As a Risk Analytics Manager, you'll be carrying out governance and control activities for your own team and on behalf of Financial Risk & Analytics (FR&A) teams including deliverables tracking, reviewing or preparing meeting minutes, reporting on process and control environment, and managing control remediation activities.

You'll also be:

- Leading a team of highly technically skilled business analysts and process controllers

- Delivering change that enhances the efficiency or effectiveness of FR&A's analytical output

The skills you'll need

To take on this role, you'll need banking or financial services experience, along with experience of risk systems, methodologies and processes in a retail or wholesale bank environment.

You'll also bring:

- Experience of delivering across multiple businesses, involving complex stakeholder, process and technology issues

- Broad analytical skills

- Good project management skills

- Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team, share ideas and learn from others
