About:
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Liaise with creative, social and media agencies, and collaborate closely with internal design teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Translate internal marketing requests (especially from retail and sales teams) into clear design briefs and oversee the creative development process.
- Manage and optimize social media presence, online campaigns and digital performance metrics.
- Conduct market studies, monitor competitor activities and identify emerging trends to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Identify new opportunities for brand expansion, partnerships and customer engagement.
- Oversee photoshoots, video productions and other marketing assignments to ensure high-quality execution aligned with brand standards.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the food & beverage or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms and campaign analytics.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as required for projects, events and shoots.
- Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (Example- Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Customer Relationship Management Systems).
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate business goals into compelling marketing initiatives.
