Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with 1012 years of experience to lead testing efforts for our International Wealth Management Program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test management for large, complex projects within a financial institution. This role requires a professional with a solid understanding of the Wealth Management landscape, expertise in Test Management best practices, and the ability to work effectively with diverse technology and business teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement Test Management best practices and utilize various tools and frameworks to ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables.

- Collaborate with technology teams to deliver complex solutions across multiple business areas, functions, and locations.

- Manage requirements, delivery, and testing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Ensure all testing activities are conducted with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and that all timelines are met.

- Adapt communication and approach to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team to ensure all objectives are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Test Management best practices and expertise in using relevant tools and frameworks.

- Solid understanding of the Wealth Management landscape.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A proven track record of managing requirements, delivery, and testing in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on timely delivery.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with the Avaloq platform.

- Exposure to Online Trading Platforms.

- A detailed understanding of Investment Banking Products and services.
