National Technical Head - Affordable Housing Finance

The National Technical Head will lead and govern all technical functions for the Affordable Housing Finance business at a national level. The role is responsible for ensuring robust technical due diligence, valuation, compliance, and risk mitigation while supporting business growth in the affordable housing segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement national technical policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks aligned with NHB and internal guidelines.

- Oversee technical due diligence, property valuation, legal-technical coordination, and construction stage monitoring for affordable housing loans.

- Ensure quality control, audit compliance, and effective technical risk management across all regions.

- Lead and manage Zonal, Regional technical teams, empanelled engineers, and vendors.

- Drive process standardization, digitization, TAT improvement, and cost optimization.

- Act as the technical SPOC for senior management, auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent

- 15+ years of experience in technical operations within HFC/Affordable housing finance.

- Strong exposure to property valuation, APF projects, construction practices, regulatory compliance, and multi-location team leadership.
