- Responsible for Market share growth & Sales P&L
- Develop and implement national sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Responsible for end-to-end sales (value, product & Segment wise).
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continual improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
