- Responsible for Market share growth & Sales P&L

- Develop and implement national sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve planned sales.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales managers and executives, ensuring they have the tools and training necessary to succeed.

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across the company.

- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
