Hiring for a Startup in Retail Solar Sector National Sales- B2C Location: Mumbai CTC: 45 lacs Key Responsibilities - Own the P&L and drive exponential revenue growth. - Scale residential solar adoption across Tier 1 & 2 cities. - Lead direct and channel sales teams; build fulfillment & service operations. - Drive customer acquisition via digital, assisted, and partner-led models. - Forge strategic partnerships with financiers, EPC vendors, and suppliers. - Improve customer experience (NPS), sales productivity, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to automate processes and streamline delivery. - Build and nurture a high-performance, mission-driven team. What We're Looking For - 12-18 years of experience with proven P&L ownership - Must be from the solar energy sector (residential/rooftop/EPC) - Track record of scaling a solar business/vertical to - 500-1000 Cr - Strong leadership in sales, fulfillment, partnerships, and CX - Experience in B2C solar product delivery and financing models - Data-driven mindset with a bias for execution in fast-paced settings - Understanding of key metrics: CAC/LTV, margins, ops TAT, NPS, etc.
