Key Responsibilities.

1. Strategy & Planning.

- Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with business objectives to grow the tractor finance portfolio.

- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor movements, and potential growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with Risk and Product teams to define product offerings, pricing, and credit policies.

2. Sales & Distribution.

- Drive loan disbursements through DSA, OEM, and dealer channels.

- Expand distribution reach across geographies and build a scalable and efficient channel network.

- Identify high-potential geographies and support onboarding of new channel partners.

3. Team Leadership.

- Lead, manage, and motivate zonal, regional, and area sales managers to ensure productivity and target achievement.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a robust frontline sales force to deliver results.

- Establish strategic alliances with tractor OEMs, dealers, and Agri-influencers for lead generation and collections support.

4. Performance Monitoring & Governance.

- Monitor and ensure achievement of national sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring compliance with credit policy, audit, and regulatory norms.

- Track productivity metrics and enforce discipline across the sales organization.

5. Team Development & Culture Building.

- Foster a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.

- Design and implement training programs to upskill the sales team and build future leaders.

- Promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment with central support teams.

- Excellent relationship-building abilities with OEMs, dealers, and rural stakeholders.

Education

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Agri-Business, or related fields.
