National Sales Manager - Retail

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced National Retail Sales Manager to lead and drive retail business performance across India.

This role will be responsible for owning the P&L, driving sales growth, and expanding retail presence while ensuring operational excellence across stores and franchise networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive sales targets and budgeted growth for the retail business

- Manage end-to-end P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability in terms of EBITDA, SSSG, and other key financial metrics

- Define and execute Retail Sales & Operations strategy aligned with business priorities

- Drive store expansion and franchise development across key markets

- Oversee performance of EBOs (Exclusive Brand Outlets) and counters

- Ensure consistent growth and profitability, even in challenging market conditions

- Monitor and optimize store performance, footfall, conversion, and customer experience

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, supply chain) to drive business outcomes

- Build and lead high-performing retail teams across regions

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in retail sales and operations leadership

- Strong understanding of P&L management and financial metrics (EBITDA, SSSG, etc.)

- Experience in store expansion, franchise management, and retail network scaling

- Hands-on experience managing EBOs and retail counters

- Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and profitability

- Ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging market environments
