We are a fast-growing AI-powered recruitment platform delivering highly efficient, technology-driven hiring solutions to mid-sized startups and SMEs. Our platform sources and screens candidates with exceptional speed and accuracy, enabling companies to hire better and faster.

We are now expanding our national sales capability and are looking for a highly experienced National Sales Manager who knows how to sell into the startup/SME/GCC ecosystem and can confidently engage senior leadership, including CEOs and founders.

Role Overview

The National Sales Manager will lead the nationwide expansion of our Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) offering. The role requires a strategic, high-energy sales leader who can open doors, pitch effectively, negotiate, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive national sales for our AI-driven Recruitment-as-a-Service offering

- Identify, target, and acquire mid-sized startups and SMEs across India

- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals

- Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing our AI-based recruitment capabilities

- Engage directly with CEOs, founders, and senior leadership to understand hiring needs

- Negotiate pricing, proposals, and long-term contracts

- Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM hygiene

- Serve as the face of the company at founder events, startup forums, and industry webinars

- Provide market insights to enhance product positioning and client experience

Mandatory Requirements

- Prior experience selling to startups or SMEs (must-have)

- 8-15 years of B2B sales experience in HR tech, SaaS, staffing, or service-based businesses

- Strong history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

- Ability to present to and influence CEOs, founders, and CXO-level leaders

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

- High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
