Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic National Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales team.


- This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective national sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage regional and territory sales managers across multiple geographies.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify new opportunities.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to align sales goals with company objectives.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs regularly.

- Set and monitor quotas, targets, and incentive plans for the sales team.

- Participate in high-value deal closures and contract negotiations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.

- Lead sales process optimization and support digital transformation initiatives.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a national or senior leadership role.

- Must have experience managing sales operations at a national level across multiple regions or markets.

- Proven experience in handling large revenue portfolios (include benchmark figures if desired, e.g., >$50M annually).

- Strong team leadership capabilities with a background in sales team transformation, scaling, or - restructuring.

- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic growth and consistently exceed revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and performance management.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance tools
