Job Description:
Strategy & Governance:
- Develop and implement national-level sales strategies for partnerships and cross-sell programs.
- Identify top partner segments (OEMs, fintechs, aggregators) and co-create joint GTM plans.
Revenue & Portfolio Management:
- Drive product penetration and revenue across retail finance verticals (Personal Loans, Two-Wheeler Finance, SME, etc.).
- Monitor sales funnel performance, conversion metrics, and profitability.
Partner Ecosystem Development:
- Negotiate and onboard strategic partners, ensuring long-term alliances.
- Build frameworks for partner engagement, digital campaigns, and bundled product launches.
Technology, Automation & Digital Initiatives:
- Work with digital and analytics teams to enhance partner-led product features.
- Leverage data-driven insights for pipeline optimization and customer engagement.
Operational Governance & Controls:
- Establish SOPs, audit controls, and compliance checks for partnership programs.
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, data privacy norms, and NBFC code of conduct.
People Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of senior leaders across zonal and regional levels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, capability development, and skill training.
Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in NBFC/BFSI with proven expertise in partnerships, cross-sell strategy, and P&L ownership.
- Exposure to managing large teams across Pan India.
