About the Company:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage national OTC sales operations across India.
- Drive business growth, market expansion, and revenue targets for the OTC portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, GTM plans, and channel expansion initiatives.
- Manage and mentor Zonal & Regional Sales Teams to achieve performance excellence.
- Strengthen trade marketing, distribution reach, and secondary sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
About the Role:
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in OTC / Consumer Healthcare sales within leading pharma companies.
- Currently working as NSM / ZSM / Senior Sales Leader handling OTC business.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and national sales operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
- 18+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong OTC exposure.
- Experience managing pan-India sales teams is mandatory.
