- Need to regularly visit hospitals (institutions) on behalf of our clients/suppliers in order to keep smooth line of channel b/w the customer and the supplier.
- Adept with the procurement procedure of the institutions and a rigorous follow up on the various business opportunities from concerned departments.
- Keep the back-end office team informed on the upcoming tenders and working to reduce the timeframe of getting the sales recognized at the earliest.
- Responsible for providing minimum technical support to customer who purchase our manufacturer's products.
- In-depth knowledge of complex pharmaceutical products, therapies & solutions to proactively identify client needs and position company offerings accordingly.
- Facilitate meetings between customers (Hospitals/Institutions) and company leadership/technical experts from time to time, and drive product adoption by showcasing clinical benefits, advantages, and superiority over competitors.
- During the transaction and post-sales, the role is to address any concerns or implementation glitches at customer end and try to get them fixed by informing the concerned OEM or by escalating the issue with upper management
- Follow up on timely payment collections post-supply and ensure compliance with agreed timelines.
- Directly responsible for managing a team for pan India.
