Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute regional/national sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement targets.
DSA & Channel Management : Recruit, onboard, and maintain productive relationships with a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and builders to build a strong lead pipeline.
Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Managers across multiple regions.
Sales Performance Tracking : Monitor daily logins, TAT (turnaround time) for disbursements, and team productivity, providing detailed MIS reports to senior management.
Relationship Management : Cultivate partnerships with developers and financial institutions to secure project approvals and increase market share.
Operational Control : Collaborate with credit, legal, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, compliant loan applications and low delinquency
