Description:
We are looking for a National Sales Manager-Insurance Premium financing for one of India's leading consumer lending apps to be based in Pune.
10 + yrs experience
Role Summary: The National Sales Manager will lead the premium financing business across India, drive strategic partnerships with insurers and aggregators, and build scalable distribution for the insurance premium financing vertical.
Mandatory experience - Team Handling, should have worked into lending background, partnering and onboarding. Insurance knowledge is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
National Business Strategy
- Define national sales strategy across premium financing business.
- Build and scale insurance partnerships and build relationships with Insurers and Aggregators.
- Identify new revenue streams across:
- Health insurance
- Motor insurance
- Renewal financing
Revenue Ownership
- Own national disbursement targets.
- Manage portfolio growth and profitability.
- Drive AUM growth and market share.
Team Leadership
- Build and manage regional sales teams (RSMs).
- Develop sales structures, incentives, and training programs.
- Ensure regional execution of national strategy.
Product & Journey Optimization
- Work with product and tech teams to improve:
- Loan journeys
- Conversion rates
- Partner integrations.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor offerings and market trends.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Any PG or MBA, but should be from sales background
- Mandatory team handling experience.
- Should have handled a team of field sales professionals.
- Should have worked into hardcore sales profile and come with lending experience.
