Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished National Sales Manager to lead the All India Sales operations for our Cutting Tools Division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in driving sales growth, managing dealer/distributor networks, and leading a pan-India sales team in the industrial tools and engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage regional sales teams across India for cutting tools and related products.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to define strategic actions.
- Drive product promotion, technical presentations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams for business alignment.
- Prepare and review monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure training and motivation of the sales team to enhance performance and retention.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 12-18 years of experience in Cutting Tools, Machine Tools, or Industrial Sales.
- Proven track record in pan-India sales management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
