Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Manage direct sales operations and ensure consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop new customers across assigned regions and industry segments.
- Product Launch: Support and drive the successful launch of new products and identify new applications within target markets.
- Techno-Commercial Sales: Engage in techno-commercial discussions with customers to provide appropriate product solutions and value propositions.
- Sales Operations: Establish and manage day-to-day sales activities, ensuring timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire new clients while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor mapping, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Pricing & Profitability: Strive to achieve the highest possible sales price and margins through strategic negotiations and positioning.
- Payment Responsibility: Take full ownership of timely payment collections from customers as part of performance accountability.
- Travel & Market Coverage: Travel extensively across assigned regions to meet customers, identify new opportunities, and strengthen market presence.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to the management team
