The incumbent must be an Engineer . An MBA degree is preferred. He will be responsible for Pan India Revenue . Sales and Marketing. He will drive revenues for PAN India, strategically deploy plans to generate more revenue from reach and extraction.He will be responsiblefor creating a strong sales team and channel ecosystem to drive the same. He will be responsible for Framing of Key Accounts Management Strategy, Competitor, Product knowledge/Customer knowledge / Commercial Knowledge/ Understanding of Market Dynamics / Analytical Skill/ Companys Product Knowledge

Responsibilities :

1. Revenue Targets achievement for Pan India.

2. Ensuring Cashflow to drive revenue generation through channels.

3. Formulate &device core strategies in priority markets for reach and extraction.

4. Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver on customer centricity.

5. Nurture and improve team competency.

6. Promote best practices in the team by way of cross learnings and sharing of success stories with in team.

7. Ensuring accurate forecast and minimize Finished Goods stocks.

8. Effective Project management- collaborative approach with all stake holders . Framing of Key Accounts Management Strategy Competitor's Product knowledge/Customer knowledge & contact
