We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to drive strategic business growth across OEM customers in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in OEM sales, new business acquisition, product development, and cross-functional leadership, with experience working with 2W, CV, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across OEM 2W, CV, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers.
- Build and maintain a strong future business pipeline through new customer acquisition, product expansion, and strategic account development.
- Identify new product opportunities and lead them from concept through RFQ, development, customer approval, business award, and production launch.
- Leverage BS6 to BS7 transition opportunities to secure early business advantages and expand customer relationships.
- Increase content per vehicle (CPV) by promoting higher-value and technology-driven products across customer platforms.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer roadmaps and market trends.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, PPC, Costing, and Finance teams to ensure timely project execution and successful product launches.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor sales teams across multiple locations to achieve business growth targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 16-25 years of experience in Automotive OEM Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Strong experience managing OEM customers in the 2W, Commercial Vehicle, Tier 1, or Tier 2 automotive segments.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition, RFQ management, product commercialization, and customer relationship management.
- Good understanding of automotive product development lifecycle, customer approval processes, and new product introduction (NPI/NPD).
- Experience in driving product portfolio expansion, CPV improvement, and strategic business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading geographically distributed sales teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
