
- Handling a team of People including Regional Sales managers ,Area Sales managers and sales Managers for AP / Telegana and TN.
- Responsible for selling of Affordable Home Loan.
- Maximise penetration the loan products through these dealer/dsa/dst/branch channels.
- Closely working with the business partners in order to integrate their objectives with that of organisation's objectives.
- Integration of sales operations with the credit operation through checking check points and initiating feedback system from channels.
- Allocation of targets to the team, motivating them so as to accomplish the targets, with regular audits.
- Constant data analysis for identifying potential vs. Performance gap.
- Recruitment, Selection and distribution mapping of team dedicated for process management for channel partner.
- Frequent training sales team in developing skills in consonance to organisation's objectives.
- Contribute to the business development team in overall sales and marketing strategy by sharing research collaterals, gathering Competitor intelligence, and provide lead generation
