Key Deliverables:
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Drive business growth and new opportunities in key market segments, sectors and territories.
- Set sales targets, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales teams to achieve individual and regional targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and results.
Key Account & Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and eco-system partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with major clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any escalations effectively.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and monitor and assess competitor activities.
Sales Operations & Compliance:
- Monitor sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in order pipeline management.
- Optimize Salesforce / CRM and reporting tools to track sales performance and customer engagement.
Financial & Sales Performance Management:
- Monitor sales revenue, profit margins, and return on investment (ROI) for sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales costs and maximize profitability.
- Present regular sales reports and business reviews to senior management.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
