Role Overview:
As the National Sales Head Strategic Vertical, you will be at the forefront of driving nationwide sales growth, developing robust enterprise strategies, and leading high-performance sales teams. The role demands an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the real estate or digital marketplace ecosystem and a strong background in revenue-driven enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Take end-to-end ownership of national sales processes lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships to achieve business growth.
Strategic Business Planning:
- Design and execute structured GTM and business plans to meet enterprise sales and revenue objectives.
Market Intelligence:
- Provide data-backed insights to support product positioning and marketing efforts aligned with customer expectations.
Team Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a diverse sales force with a focus on accountability, excellence, and high performance.
Client Success & Relationship Management:
- Ensure superior service delivery to clients, maintain long-term relationships, and generate referral business.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like territory penetration, revenue targets, and market share.
Business Expansion:
- Identify and onboard new real estate projects and developers to strengthen regional presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:Total Experience: 15+ years
- 810 years in enterprise sales or similar revenue-generating leadership roles.
- Proven ability to launch new products with scalable GTM strategies.
- Successfully built a business category or vertical from scratch.
Industry Preference:- Real estate experience strongly preferred. Exposure to B2B digital marketplaces or classified platforms is a plus.
Leadership & Vision:- Demonstrated experience in leading large teams, managing P&L, and driving national business goals.
Business Acumen:- Deep understanding of sales lifecycle, real estate market trends, and enterprise client management.
Communication Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
Client-Centric Approach:- Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Analytical & Problem-Solving:- Ability to analyze challenges, market trends, and deploy agile solutions to drive consistent outcomes.
Education:- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIM/ISB/FMS/SPJIMR/XLRI or equivalent).
