National Sales Head - Retail - Solar Air Conditioners

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to drive retail sales of Solar Air Conditioners across key markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Air Conditioner or Consumer Durable sales, with experience in channel development, retail push strategies, and structured GTM execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the retail strategy for Energy Efficient ACs across urban and semi-urban markets.

- Build and scale dealer/distributor networks and modern retail partnerships.

- Identify growth opportunities in high-potential regions and align sales campaigns.

- Leverage data and market trends to optimize product positioning and customer targeting.

- Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to ensure end-to-end execution.

- Drive channel training and performance management across geographies.

Ideal Background:

- Right/Relevant years of experience in AC / Consumer Durables retail sales.
