Role Overview:
The National Sales Head will be responsible for driving and achieving the company's annual revenue targets by leading, motivating, and managing regional sales teams across India. This is a strategic and execution-driven leadership role that combines sales excellence, relationship management, and operational discipline. The role holder will directly report to the CEO & Founder and play a key part in shaping the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets in all regions
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to drive performance and meet sales numbers
- Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with key developers, investors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and client satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Also represent the company in industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Establish robust sales processes, monitoring mechanisms, and reporting systems.
- Implement stringent controls and zero-tolerance measures for unethical or fraudulent practices.
- Drive adherence to company values, compliance norms, and data integrity across all branches.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and evolving buyer behavior.
- Collaborate with technology and marketing teams to enhance digital sales tools, lead generation, and conversion efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience : 12-18 years of progressive sales leadership experience in real estate, property broking, or allied sectors (tech-led brokerage, proptech, or channel sales preferred). Also open to people with similar skills from related sectors.
Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in driving large sales teams and meeting revenue targets across multiple regions.
Leadership Skills : Strong ability to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
Relationship Management : Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities with developers and key stakeholders.
Integrity & Governance : Uncompromising commitment to ethical practices and organizational integrity.
Education : Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
