National Sales Head - Paints Business
Job Description:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies, annual business plans, and revenue forecasts aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee the performance of dealer, distributor, and reseller networks to ensure broad market reach.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in retail and industrial segments
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders like architects and contractors.
- Manage the national sales budget, pricing structures, and credit control (timely collections).
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Mentor and lead a nationwide sales team, setting performance goals, providing regular feedback and ensuring their developments
- Logistics & depot management
- Material forecast and demand planning in coordination with production team.
