The Role:

Our client is a leading mass - moving industrial products organisation seeking a National Sales Head Mechanical Engineering Products to lead its India sales function and drive growth across process industries, OEMs, dealers and distributors. The role carries responsibility for a 400Cr+ business and 75+ member sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own national sales strategy, revenue and market development.

- Lead and develop a 75+ member sales team across India.

- Drive 400Cr+ turnover across India / multiple regions.

- Build dealer / distributor networks and strengthen OEM relationships.

- Expand sales across process industries and industrial customers.

- Drive high - volume sales of relatively low - ticket products in the 5,000 - 1 lakh range.

- Identify new markets, customers, applications and channel opportunities.

- Drive sales performance, forecasting, KPIs and commercial discipline.

Ideal Candidate:

- 15 - 30 years of experience; typically 40 - 50 years.

- Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Mining Engineer or BSc Tech.

- Currently / recently managing 400Cr+ turnover.

- Experience leading 75+ sales professionals.

- Proven all - India or multi - region sales leadership.

- Strong process - industry sales experience.

- Proven dealer / distributor + OEM B2B sales.

- Experience selling high - volume, low - ticket mechanical / engineering products.

- Strong commercial and channel - management capability.

- Mumbai - based preferred.
