Over View: We are seeking a dynamic National Sales Head to lead and support our field sales team across India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coordinating service operations for commercial products and will ensure smooth customer support and engineering scheduling. This role acts as a bridge between customers and field service, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute national sales strategies and provide business leadership.

- Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering leadership growth.

- Oversee sales operations and ensure process efficiency.

- Drive business development and manage key accounts.
