We are looking candidates for "National Sales Head" position with one of our clients into FMCG -Non Food business . We are looking someone who is local from Maharashtra.
Job Location-Mumbai
- Geography Coverage-Pan India all Channel (GT/MT/Ecom/Institutions)
1. Excellence in managing the entire spectrum of Sales & Marketing and Business Development exploring potential business avenues & managing operations for achieving the business targets.
2. Monitor and manage the P&L for the sales division, driving profitability while maintaining competitive pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement the company's sales strategy in line with business goals.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve growth targets.
3. Spearheading the setup of infrastructure across India starting from CFA's, Distributors, Sales & Marketing Team and RTM.
4. Formulating business plans / projections in-line with organizational vision and driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments.
5. Conceptualizing & implementing competitive marketing strategies for driving primary & secondary sales; developing & expanding distribution for achieving revenue & volume targets.
6. Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analysis to ensure alignment with company goals
7. Driving new changes and implementation of Distribution Network System (DNS) to get more data visibility which leads to better managerial decisions.
8. Lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Expanding the Retail Network by appointing and attaching under respective area distributors
10. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in sales operations.
11. Negotiate high-level deals and contracts with strategic customers and partners.
