An FMCG Major is looking for a National Sales Head   Job Purpose:  A leadership role to transform Sales & Distribution in the region and ensure that the organization becomes best in class- from a S&D perspective. This will be done through planning, directing & supervising S&D transformation and ongoing Sales Development across all categories where the organization plays in and ensuring that the S&D strategy is executed in its essence across the Region.  Key Responsibilities:   Drive sales and distribution transformation and development process in the region   - To devise Sales & Distribution strategy to drive S&D KPIs in the Branch. This includes formulation & execution of Channel strategy (Grocery / Convenience / Wholesale / Rural, etc.) for the branch, Loyalty programs (Retail / Wholesale), Sales Automation efforts, S & D Infrastructure quality & development and other related areas.   - To Lead Change Management (to move towards best in class S&D systems) in Region/Branch including introduction of new S&D processes, their roll-outs & implementation of Learning's from pilot projects. Ensure Buy-in from branch Stakeholders on all key initiatives, timelines and resources required.   - To drive Wholesale Distributor Management processes, monitoring & controlling distributor ROI, Subsidy, Incentives Budgets, etc.  - To monitor and measure cost benefits of targets and ensure periodic reporting to Head Office.  - Conduct market analysis to identify best-practices in S&D, potential opportunities for the organization to grow and formulate methods to apply them; Lead periodic reporting to HO for all strategic initiatives; interact with other regions to identify and adapt best practices   Education: MBA (preferably from a premium college)  Exp. 10+ years   Preferred Industry: FMCG  Desirable:  - Sales Development / project experience  - FMCG Background with Hands on Experience in Sales & Distribution  - Leadership experience-must have handled a team  - Ready to relocate to Delhi and required to travel extensively  - Should have good knowledge of Local Territory  - Ability to handle diversified FMCG product categories  - Should be able to recruit sales team   - Should be able to track competitor's activities  Monica
