Key Responsibilities:


- Build and execute national sales strategy for Endovision/Laparoscopy devices


- Lead and mentor a high-performing pan-India sales team


- Drive Salesforce CRM adoption across the organization (100% compliance goal)


- Strengthen relationships with private hospitals and government procurement bodies


- Lead large-scale government tender and partnership initiatives


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams marketing, R&D, regulatory


- Achieve aggressive revenue growth and market leadership goals

What Were Looking For:


- 10+ years in medical device/healthcare sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role


- Proven experience in managing both private and government sales channels


- Expertise in Salesforce CRM usage and implementation
