National Sales Head/ CBO


Responsibilities:

- The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and strengthen our market presence

- Plan and develop detailed Business Plan & Sales Strategies with strong Go-To-Market (GTM) execution plan for existing business channels

- Take full ownership to grow the Retailer network for existing Products / service channels, thereby creating higher volume / value of transactions and improving revenue & profitability for the company

- Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators, in comparison to competition and build / enable USPs and first mover advantage(s), which would help achieve business growth through appropriate market penetration and retailer onboarding / activation

- Establish sales processes, performance metrics and performance benchmarks, towards setting up a high-performance culture within the Sales team

- Maintain and grow the credibility and market leadership stature of the brand

- Enhance the sales force capability & ROI through optimized manpower models, training, learning and development interventions

- Ensure new Customer Acquisition, existing Customer Retention and business growth by focusing on improvement in the quality of Sales pitch at grassroot level

- Gather market information and competition insights on the Product / Service offerings in existing channels and enable continuous enhancement of the product in line with the market needs

Key skills required:

- 20 - 25 years of Retail Field Sales experience with a minimum of 5 - 8 years in a regional / zonal level leadership role, with hands-on experience of designing and implementing end to end sales processes

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales excellence

- Excellent Networking, and Influencing ability with all stakeholders within the company as well as Market influencers

- Excellent Leadership, Team Management and Decision-making ability

- Looking for a high-energy, ambitious and self-driven individual to join our team
