Job Title: National Sales Head - Channel Sales (Electric Vehicles)

Reports To: Chief Sales Officer / CEO
Note: only from Electric Vehicle ,currently based out at Delhi-NCR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Sales Head to lead our Channel Sales division for Electric Vehicles (EV). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding channel partner networks, and driving revenue growth across the country. This role demands strong leadership, deep understanding of the EV market, and expertise in channel sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive channel sales strategies aligned with organizational goals for the EV segment.
- Channel Partner Management: Build, nurture, and expand a robust network of channel partners, dealerships, and franchisees nationwide.
- Sales Growth: Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective channel management, promotional activities, and market penetration.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team; provide training, coaching, and support.
- Partner Onboarding & Training: Facilitate onboarding of new partners and ensure they are well-trained on product features, sales techniques, and after-sales support.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs, monitor sales performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all channel activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (10-20 years) in channel sales management, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies at a national level.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
