Achievement of Business Targets for each line of business (Cattle Feed) b. Achievement of National Sales Targets as well as State Profitability targets c. Responsible for the compliance of the Sales Process across the State with no deviation d. Responsible for creating brand awareness and promotion of the product and services 2) Developing and executing new businesses a. Responsible for developing relationship with different institutions for strengthening the current business model and creating new avenues of business. b. Responsible for execution of new business as per the expectations of the Management 3) P&L Incharge. a. Responsible for maintaining profitability. b. Monitors the performance of the State on a regular basis c. Undertake cost benefit analysis and take corrective actions accordingly 4) Achievement of targets for all the functions a. Understands and develops the KPI for all the functions of the State under the guidance of the Department Head: Finance, MIS, HR etc b. Allocate responsibilities to the team members based on the KPI of each function c. Regular monitoring of the performance of the all the team member d. Guiding and mentoring the team members on a regular basis e. Single point of contact for all the functions of the State 5) Administrative Incharge of the State a. Administrative Incharge and signing authority for the State b. Undertake reasonable expenses as a State Head as per the defined guidelines and powers of State Head c. Ensuring all the compliances are met as per the expectation 6) Team Building and Creating Cross Functional Synergies a. Recruitment and induction of manpower b. Undertaking assessment of the team members in different departments to understand their strengths and weaknesses c. Provide mentoring and guidance across teams d. Responsible for developing cross functional synergies across different departments e. Creating cross functional team for specific tasks f. Managing relationship with different stakeholders like Airtel, Govt. Institutions etc.
