Hiring National sales Head
Job Title: National Sales Head - EV 3-Wheeler.
Location: [NCR]
Reports To: CEO/MD
Exp: 10-20 yrs
Budget: 40-50LPA
Note: Only from EV 3 wheeler, stable with last 2 role's ,must have a valid reason for the change
Job Summary:
- The National Sales Head will be responsible for spearheading the sales strategy and execution for electric 3-wheelers across the country.
- This role involves leading channel sales, dealer network management, and driving revenue growth in the electric 3-wheeler segment.
- The incumbent will develop and implement sales plans, expand distribution channels, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve organizational sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for electric 3-wheelers, focusing on channel expansion, dealer network growth, and market penetration.
- Channel & Dealer Management: Build, nurture, and manage a robust dealer network across regions. Ensure dealer targets are met through effective support, training, and motivation.
- Sales Growth & Revenue: Drive sales volume and revenue targets for electric 3-wheelers through channel partners and direct sales initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new channel partners and dealers. Expand the distribution footprint in untapped markets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers, regional managers, and dealer sales personnel.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and relationship management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and after-sales teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10-20 years of experience in channel sales, dealer management, especially in electric vehicles or automotive segment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle market dynamics, dealer networks, and channel sales processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
