Candidate Profile :

-15-22 years of experience in FMCG Sales,with 5 - 8 years Sales Development / GTM/ Trade Marketing with Strong leadership and execution skills

- Proven track record of scaling distribution.

- Deep expertise in GT expansion, rural penetration, and MT/quick commerce growth.

- Experience managing large field forces and complex hierarchies.

- Prior success in sales transformation, digital adoption, and team capability building.
