Title: National Sales & Collections Head - Retail Lending / B2C Lending / AutoLending - NBFC / FinTech

Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The individual will be interacting with dealers in the EV sector ecosystem on a daily basis.

- Retail Lending & Collections.

- Manage a multi-layered sales & collection setup to target dealers selling commercial EV vehicles.

- Good understanding of retail lending & collections.

- 360-degree role involving cross-functional collaboration in building SOPs, driving automation and new products structuring.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:

- PG / MBA with 8 to 15 years of experience in a NBFC / Fintech into Retail Lending & Collections (B2C Sales).

- Understanding & experience of managing a multi-layered sales & collection environment.

- Excellent stakeholder/people management skills (both internal and external).

- Superb communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build, scale and improve processes.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.

- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, propose novel solutions, and solve complex challenges.
