National Sale Manager - Cardiology Mandatory: Minimum 15 years of experience in Pharma sales out of which at least 2 years' experience as a National Sales Head of cardiology division. Purpose of the role: Responsible for developing sales strategies and managing sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies 2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets 3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts 4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers 5. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department. 6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements 7. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts 8.
