National Recovery Manager - Unsecured Loans

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage pan-India recovery and collections for the Unsecured Loan portfolio across early, mid, and late delinquency buckets (X to Infinity).

- Lead internal teams (Zonal, Regional/Cluster, and Collection Managers) and manage external collection agencies/vendors.

- Report directly to the Head Collections - Secured & Unsecured.

- Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency, roll rates, and overall recovery rates.

- Monitor portfolio performance, MIS, and key collection metrics.

- Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal collection policies.

Preferred Profile:

- Proven experience handling Pan-India collections, or at least two zones (or past experience managing different zones for the same product).

- Candidates must have a background specifically in Unsecured Business Loans.
