Job Title: National Placement Head
Function: Placements
The Placement Head shall be responsible for overseeing and ensuring excellent placement of students in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service Industry.
Key responsibilities associated with this role are as under:
1. Placement:
- Ensuring a minimum of 90% placements of students in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service Industry
- Leading and managing the placement drives at the centres across the country for around 20,000 students in a year.
- Providing guidance, coaching, and support to the students to ensure excellent placements.
- Ensuring excellent Hospitality to the clients during the Interviews
2. Employer Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of employers across the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries. This involves reaching out to companies, understanding their hiring needs, and fostering partnerships that benefit both the organization and the students. Must have excellent connections in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service Industry.
3. Networking: Actively networking within the industry to stay updated on job market trends, industry requirements, and emerging career opportunities in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service Industry.
4. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of student placements, employer contacts, job postings, and other relevant information. Analyzing this data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and make informed decisions to improve placement services.
