National Operations Manager - Loan

1. Oversee and manage end-to-end pre and post disbursement operations including file login, document verification, legal & technical coordination, and compliance checks.

2. Ensure timely processing of loan applications across branches and central teams with a focus on reducing TAT and improving customer satisfaction.

3. Collaborate closely with sales, credit, legal, and technical teams to streamline loan origination workflows and ensure policy adherence.

5. Supervise all post-disbursement activities including condition precedent validation, fund disbursement, account setup, and repayment schedule generation.

6. Ensure proper document management post-disbursement-both physical and digital-including secure storage, retrieval, and audits.

7. Handle servicing operations such as welcome calling, NACH/PDC management, prepayment requests, foreclosure processing, and NOC issuance.

8. Drive central operations related to the Affordable Housing portfolio, ensuring compliance with PMAY guidelines and internal affordability frameworks.

9. Streamline centralized login, verification, and processing workflows for affordable housing applications, especially in Tier 2/3 cities.

10. Lead a national team of regional operations managers, ensuring clarity in roles, performance KPIs, and consistent execution of SOPs.
