National Operations Head - Retail/FMCG/Online

We are looking to hire an Operations Head (HO) who can manage and improve our end-to-end warehouse and supply chain operations across multiple locations.

1. Logistics & Freight Optimization - Ability to control and reduce freight cost as a % of sales/shipment value

2. Warehouse Financial & Cost Management - Should be able to manage warehouse P&L

3. Reporting & MIS Governance - Ability to handle and review reconciliation reports (inventory, operations, etc.)

4. Strategic Coordination & Governance - Act as a bridge between Head Office and warehouses and smooth coordination. Responsible for regular Visits and Audits

5. Inventory Control & Warehouse Governance - Ensure physical inventory matches system inventory and maintain discipline on cycle counts and stock accuracy

6. Warehouse Expansion & Infrastructure - Experience in setting up new warehouses from scratch and having a strong understanding of warehouse layout and space utilization

7. E-Commerce Management - Should be responsible for all E-Commerce and Website management.
