- Responsible for Market share growth & Sales P&L
- Develop and implement national sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve planned sales.

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across the company.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches.
- Responsible for end-to-end sales (value, product & Segment wise).
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continual improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
