National Manager - Customer Support - Pan India
Job Description:
- Leading, driving & motivating the Customer Support team in the region.
- Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
- Budget owner of India region Spare Parts & Service Revenue and PL.
- Responsible for planning & scheduling of daily work of technical service team members to perform equipment installation, maintenance services and troubleshooting & repairs.
- Lead the Spare Parts & Service Admin team to ensure smooth operation and order fulfillment plus performance measurements.
- Business development for service & parts offerings.
- Involved in design and implementation of organizational realignment, performance review process & career development of service teams.
- Project Management for large scale projects for new installations / overhauls / relocations.
- Prepare internal cost calculation and sales quotation for service projects.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timely delivery of services to customers.
- Ad-hoc tasks / projects as required by management / headquarters.
- Should have minimum 5 team members handling experience.
