
Compensation and benefits:
- On an ongoing basis, evaluate the need for compensation changes include role enhancements, employee exits and business requirements. Assess employees' internal parity, performance, and external market benchmarks to identify compensation gaps.
- Lead and monitor the implementation of salary benchmarking outcomes, annual base pay reviews, variable pay, and incentive planning. Own and manage the Annual Salary Review (ASR) process end-to-end.
- Drive the Annual Review Cycle, including business presentations, employee communication, and formulation of annual compensation budget recommendations based on current versus market positioning.
- Be accountable for the successful design and delivery of Reward solutions, including strategies, frameworks, processes, policies, and procedures across compensation and benefits areas such as fixed pay, incentive pay, executive compensation, and employee benefits.
- Review and monitor the step-by-step closure of the Performance Management System (PMS) process. Present multiple data cuts and cost-impact analyses to management to enable quick and informed decision-making.
Payroll management:
- Guide the team in preparing the first-cut payroll data; review and ensure accurate incorporation of incentive inputs from functions and businesses in line with approved incentive policies.
- Review and monitor timely preparation and submission of final payroll data to the payroll partner (TCS); validate partner outputs, seek corrections where required, and approve the final salary sheet before month-end processing.
HR Operations:
- Align and drive HR transformation initiatives to ensure consistency with business priorities and overall organizational objectives.
- Define, standardize, and implement scalable, compliant HR processes, policies, and procedures across HR Operations teams to sustain transformation.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR Operations through data analytics, metrics-driven reporting, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms to deliver actionable service insights.
- Manage end-to-end employee benefits, including renewals, business presentations, implementation, and employee communication.

a) Qualifications:
- Postgraduation, preferably Masters' in Business Administration
b) Work Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- Experience of compensation and benefits and HR operations domain areas
- Exposure to managing senior stakeholders
