We are looking for a highly driven National Key Accounts Manager-(QSR) with strong expertise in selling sauces and related food products to QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chains such as Domino's, Pizza Hut, Burger King, KFC, Subway, and other national/international QSR brands.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B / Institutional Sales within the food processing or FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience in dealing with QSR brands, especially for sauces, dips, toppings, and condiments.
- Strong existing relationships with Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, and Supply Chain Teams of leading QSR chains.
- Proven track record of cracking new institutional accounts, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
- In-depth product knowledge of sauces (pizza sauce, pasta sauce, mayonnaise, dressings, speciality sauces).
- Ability to manage product trials, quality approvals, pricing discussions, and product placement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new QSR clients for our sauce range.
- Maintain and grow business with existing institutional clients.
- Coordinate with R&D/production teams for product trials and custom requirements.
- Handle complete sales cycle - sampling, pricing, negotiation, order finalization, and delivery coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly institutional sales targets.
