Apart from this, the incumbent would lead MTSEs to deliver on the in-store operations for West geography across Accounts. He/she needs to have Account Management experience and a thorough understanding of the retail environment to deliver results in this highly competitive market environment. Overall, the incumbent needs to have a complete awareness of the market with the ability to understand different channel formats and customers within them to do your job effectively. The role requires close coordination and collaboration with TSM for BTL activities, Supply Chain to ensure supplies are in accordance with Customer's forecast and hence ensure timely fills and Finance to ensure reconciliations are signed off on a periodic basis. The role also works closely with CMMs to ensure that New Product Introduction is done in alignment with BG's ranging and distribution needs.
