Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented NKAM ECOM / NSM Growth to spearhead our online sales and drive exponential growth for our leading D2C personal care brand. This pivotal role involves managing key online accounts, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development. The NKAM/NSM will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence, optimizing customer acquisition, and maximizing revenue generation across various e-commerce platforms, ultimately contributing to a superior customer experience and significant business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and market share growth across key online channels. - Manage and nurture relationships with key account managers at major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa) to optimize product visibility, promotions, and overall performance. - Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute impactful online marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and influencer marketing. - Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management, optimizing for efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost to improve overall e-commerce profitability. - Identify and evaluate new e-commerce platforms and partnerships to expand our online reach and drive incremental revenue. - Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Required Skillset: - Proven ability to develop and execute successful e-commerce growth strategies, demonstrated through tangible results in online sales and market share gains. - Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong partnerships with key account managers at major e-commerce platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of leveraging data to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and make informed decisions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. - Deep understanding of the D2C e-commerce landscape, including emerging trends, best practices, and competitive dynamics. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or D2C brand management, preferably within the personal care industry. - Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and comfortable working on-site in Mumbai.
