We are hiring for a role of Key Accounts Manager- Modern Trade for a D2C brand in women's wellness space in Mumbai. We are looking for someone who has atleast 5 years of experience in Modern trade management specifically in western region but expertise in handling PAN India Sales operations would be highly preferred.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute sales strategies to drive sustainable market share growth and long-term profitability.
- New business development: Lead entry into National Modern Trade (MT) chains, ensuring scalable business growth with healthy and sustainable margins.
- Partner with regional teams to strengthen local relationships with Regional SPOCs/SPOCs of National MT chains.
- Own business P&L and revenue delivery, including product launches, business planning, and driving category and brand growth across channels.
- Build strong cross-functional stakeholder partnerships to ensure optimal fill rates, timely collections, and improved service levels.
- Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable strategies to support business expansion and channel growth.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Hands on experience in handling Modern Trade outlets like D-mart, Reliance, Nature's Basket etc. (Mandatory)
- Handled end-end operations in MT for West region and Mumbai
