Position: National Key Account Manager Sellout

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Industry Preference: Mobile / Smartphone Industry (Mandatory)

Experience Required: 10-20 years

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned National Key Account Manager (Sellout) to lead sellout performance and strengthen relationships with key national retail partners across India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the smartphone ecosystem, robust retail channel expertise, and a proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic partner engagement and sellout initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the sellout strategy for national retail and organized trade partners across India.

- Develop and execute business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sellout targets.

- Drive sellout-focused programs including promotional activities, visibility enhancement, and retail training.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and regional sales teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.

- Strengthen and nurture relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and store teams to maximize sales performance.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

- Manage partner P&L, optimize trade investments, and ensure ROI-driven profitability.

- Conduct business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to track performance and identify improvement areas.

- Ensure on-ground execution excellence and maintain strong oversight on sellout data and analytics.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Graduate / MBA preferred.

- Industry Background: Must be from the Mobile / Smartphone industry.

- Experience: 10-20 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sellout Management, or Trade Marketing roles.

- Strong understanding of modern retail, distribution networks, and trade channel operations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to manage large national accounts and deliver consistent sellout growth.
