National Key Account Manager Roles & Responsibility: - Be part of owning, building, establishing, and scaling the B2B division of the offline sales channel at WOW - Responsible for all elements of key account management including sales, strategic account planning and growth pipeline in close collaboration with the marketing, innovation and supply chain teams - Leading efforts to make WOW the supplier of choice for personal and beauty care at leading names in the target customer - Enhancing sales growth at accounts through relationship management and co-owning the development pipeline - Active participant in demand forecasting, pricing actions, payment collections, and ensuring a great customer experience while implementing the strategy of the business - TOT negotiations, Trade inputs, etc Educational/ Experience requirements: - Graduation minimum. Post-graduation preferred. - Should have a clear understanding of the B2B space - Experience in personal care space is preferred - Must have a good rapport with category buyers
